- Responsible to bake all the products according to the guidelines provided in the manuals.
- Strictly follow the production planning schedule provided in order to achieve daily sales target.
- Work closely with other colleagues to prepare the pastry.
- Prepare and produce of baked goods and pastry for outlet distributions.
- Ensure proper adherence to Pastry Chef's recipes and instructions.
- Participate in R&D and menu development when required.
- Manage inventory, purchase and delivery orders records.
- Assist with monitoring stock levels and storage management.
- Ensure personal hygiene and kitchen's sanitary standards.
- Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Baking/Culinary. Those without required qualification but relevant experience will be considered.
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently, a team player, responsible and high integrity.
- Candidate must possess own transport with valid driving license.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Able to work extra hours, during PH or odd hours as when needed.

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
