ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives all incoming or outgoing calls in a proper telephone etiquette.

  • To promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously assess all received calls/ inquiries and directs and/or records and relays messages

  • To maintain thorough knowledge and provide all information pertaining to Club’s facilities/ services/ activities/ programmes to members or guests.

  • To manage the reception counter, registration or enrollment for promotion packages, events, sports & recreation classes, courses and any form of competition.

  • Ensure reception counter is neat, clean and well maintain at all time.

  • Ensure surrendered lost and found item to be recorded and MOD and Security are being informed.

  • Responsible for all facilities bookings and ensuring all booking policies are strictly adhered.

  • To ensure proper forms are complete and submitted by members or guests according to the situation.

  • To ensure and maintain proper records and reports of all payment or cheques received.

  • To assists members in their monthly subscription fee/ payment.

  • To ensure receipts must be issued for any payments made by members or guests’.

  • Aware on all daily or weekly scheduled Banquet functions and Manager on Duty.

  • Responsible to update all reception counter manual filing, replenishing, operating equipment and ensure that all in good condition.

  • Develop and maintain a systematic filing procedure where documents are kept, traced and categorized.

  • Responsible to uphold and apply consistent reception counter services standards.

  • Responsible to check on emails, newspaper control, float money, receipts or miscellaneous voucher, mails, pipe in music and promotional leaflet are in order.

  • Responsible to do opening and closing of reception counter.

  • Able to assist and promote in the organizational of the Club’s promotional events.

  • Work collaboratively with the following division:
  • Operations & Maintenance
  • PR & Marketing
  • Sales & Event
  • Membership/ Reception
  • Accounts
  • Sports & Recreational

  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.

  • To be involved and contribute in the areas of events, banquet and any other duties assigned, as needed or directed.

  • To assists in any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

  • Cultivates a positive environment among team members; collaborates with team to meet deadlines.

  • Immediate supervisor is the Membership Relations Executive and Head of Operations.
  • Able to start immediately
  • Minimum qualification - SPM
