Management Trainee


 

Job Purpose:

To acquire a broad understanding of the various functions and operations of a business while developing the abilities necessary for future leadership positions.

Typical duties

1. Participate actively in learning activities in order to acquire knowledge and abilities in many organisational domains.

2. Provide aid and support to ongoing organisation projects and initiatives.

3. Collect, analyse, and interpret data to determine patterns, trends, and insights. Utilize data analysis to aid in decision-making and to suggest ways to increase operational efficiency or performance.

4. Prepare project-related reports, presentations, and documentation. Inform relevant stakeholders with results, recommendations, and status updates.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coworkers to exchange ideas, share best practises, and contribute to company objectives and goals.

6. Identify and address obstacles or problems that arise throughout rotations or projects. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide innovative and efficient solutions.

7. Exhibit the flexibility to operate in a variety of positions, teams, and environments.

8. Take responsibility for your personal and professional development by soliciting feedback, proactively learning from experiences, and finding improvement areas.

9. Follow company policies and uphold ethical norms. Maintain confidentiality, honesty, and professionalism in all your dealings and endeavours.

Qualifications and Job Competency:

1. A bachelor's degree in a field related to the profession, such as business administration, marketing, finance, or a related discipline.

2. Effective oral and written communication skills to deliver ideas, information, and instructions professionally and clearly.

3. Capacity to recognise, evaluate, and solve problems by utilising critical thinking, logical reasoning, and data analysis.

4. Ability to adapt to changing conditions, juggle various responsibilities, and thrive in dynamic environments.

5. Collaboration with coworkers, capability to operate effectively in a team, and contribution to common goals and objectives.

6. Expertise in utilising job- or industry-specific applications, instruments, or systems.

To keep up with industry developments and trends, a willingness to study, adapt, and acquire new skills and information is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
