Job Scope:

- Source candidates through various online channels, including proactively developing leads and developing candidate pools within their respective market streams.
- Match the requirements with candidates in the company database and search through different job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Contact potential candidates and request more details from them if necessary.
- Develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Present the company and position in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the recruitment consultant team for concept development and execution in Hong Kong.
Job Requirements:
- STMP and above.
- At least 2 years of office working experience.
- Experience as an HR/Recruitment Researcher/IT Recruiter will be an advantage.
- Working industry experience in a recruitment agency/programming company/IT company will be an advantage.
- Command of office tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Able to speak and read in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (this role requires working closely with clients in Hong Kong).
