Job Highlight:-

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to all IT related tasks and systems such as IT project, system software / hardware installation, troubleshooting of system hardware / software applications and networking;
  • To support customer requirement for resolving issues / request of different types & to accurately assign severities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent;
  • A readiness to take technical responsibility and accountability for work performed and decisions taken;
  • Must be customer service oriented;
  • Applicants must possess own transport;
  • Able to travel for assigned on-site job;
  • Possess aptitude to explore and learn new technologies and solutions;
  • Analytic, multitasking capability and target oriented;
  • We are willing to accept fresh graduate who possesses the traits to become a successful technical personal.
