Responsibilities:
- Provide support to all IT related tasks and systems such as IT project, system software / hardware installation, troubleshooting of system hardware / software applications and networking;
- To support customer requirement for resolving issues / request of different types & to accurately assign severities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent;
- A readiness to take technical responsibility and accountability for work performed and decisions taken;
- Must be customer service oriented;
- Applicants must possess own transport;
- Able to travel for assigned on-site job;
- Possess aptitude to explore and learn new technologies and solutions;
- Analytic, multitasking capability and target oriented;
