Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resource or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Confident and willing to learn with a positive attitude
  • Able to start work immediately is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and manage admin documents and filing
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and other correspondence
  • Responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings and supporting visitors
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
