Clerk of Work - Project


 

Core Roles

  • Coordinating consultants’ drawings and highlight discrepancies if any;
  • Inspection and take up supervisory roles over the contractor’s works;
  • Keep proper documentation and maintain records of all activities at site;
  • Checking all site grid and setting out as work proceeds;
  • Ensure contractors construct in accordance with const. drawings and specifications;
  • Ensure that the quality of work and workmanship conform to the required standard;
  • Monitor progress of works against approved work programme;
  • Conducting regular checks on materials delivered to site and ensure that the materials are in accordance with the contract specification;
  • Monitoring acceptance and commissioning test/ inspections and to inspect completed works and arrange with external parties on handling over of completed works;
  • Attending any defect claims with good technical knowledge and handle with good communication skill.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Construction & Services or any equivalent discipline.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office - Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Trustworthy, diligent, motivated, hardworking and fit for site works.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Possess a minimum five (5) years of working experience in managing Residential and Commercial projects.
  • Possess own transport and able to work in Seremban Forest Heights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
