JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish, implement, and conduct quality assurance and environmental, health, and safety training programs.
- Perform internal audits, administer external audits, and manage on-site coordination of ISO certification.
- Develop and enforce safety standards and policies to prevent accidents and occupational health risks.
- Purchase safety equipment, ensure adherence to required safety regulations in coordination with government agencies.
- Collaborate with safety vendors, maintain licenses, records, and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular site inspections, assess potential hazards and risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead accident investigations, prepare findings reports, and recommend preventive measures.
- Investigate and address customer queries, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions while evaluating their effectiveness.
- Oversee laboratory analysis testing.
- Review monthly customer inventory reports and reconcile variances.
- Communicate team objectives, review the performance of team members, enforce company policies, and foster positive colleague relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in quality assurance and occupational health and safety within an industrial or related environment.
- Possess NIOSH certification and knowledge about legal requirements and local Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) laws (ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000)
