Job Description :
The job requires you to:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment function.
- Assist employees in handling entry procedures and entry arrangements.
- Prepare employees’ daily attendance and leave records.
- Understand domestic and foreign labor laws.
- Assist in the organisation and planning of company cultural events.
- Assist and provide day to day operational support or ad-hoc support for the administrative Department.
- Responsible for office stationery and pantry necessities.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Participating in audits and policy updates.
Job Requirement :
We are looking for someone who is:
- Only applicate for students with a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field, (Candidates in their final semester are most welcomed!)
- Good command of both English and Mandarin;
- Internship period must be minimum of 3 months and above preferred;
- Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with minimal advice.
- Good organisational skills & time management.
