Vendor Research and Selection:Identify potential vendors for IT products and services.
Research and evaluate vendors based on factors such as quality, cost, and delivery time.

Price Negotiation:Negotiate prices, terms, and discounts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Work to secure favorable terms and conditions in procurement agreements.

Purchase Order Processing:Generate purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.

Order Tracking and Management:Track the status of purchase orders and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve any issues related to orders, such as delays or discrepancies.

Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels of IT equipment and supplies.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain accurate inventory records.

Budget Management:Assist in budget planning for IT procurement activities.
Track and report on spending against budget allocations.

Contract Management:Assist in the development and management of contracts with vendors.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Quality Assurance:Collaborate with other departments to establish quality standards for IT products.
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies.
Provide recommendations for alternative products or suppliers based on market research.

Communication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, such as IT teams, to understand their procurement needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to streamline procurement processes.

Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and organized records of all procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with documentation and record-keeping policies.

Problem Resolution:Address and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and vendor performance.
Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.

Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay updated on changes in procurement regulations affecting the IT industry.

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
