Receptionist cum Admin Assistant


 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the reception function and day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
  • Ensure all guests & visitors are welcomed and usher to the appropriate person / place.
  • Screening & answering phone calls and attend to enquiry & request.
  • Assist General Manager on claims related matter.
  • Monitoring Tea Lady duties.
  • Maintain & ensure pantry replenish & office tardiness.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Professional Certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g.: Excel & Word).
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
  • Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Possess good analytical & organization skills.
