Benefits Summary:

  • This is a full time permanent position
  • Basic Salary RM2,800 - RM4,500

Our client, a reputable Vehicle Distributor and Spare Parts Manufacturer in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for more passionate Accounts cum Operation Executives to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their operation team to oversee their financial and accounting functions as well as to provide administrative assistance to the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting operation and handle full set of accounts
  • Assist in account payable and receivable
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filling
  • Assist in handle accounting data entry and day to day operations in account and operation department
  • Reconciles Bank Statement, Expenses, Bills and other financial documents
  • To assists in audit and preparation of supporting schedules
  • Support the Operation Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating operational activities to achieve organizational objectives
  • Main point of reference between Operations Managers on daily operational related matter
  • Composing and preparing correspondence and communication
  • Assist in all operational aspect tasks including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales etc.

Additional Information/ Requirement:

  • At least 1-3 years of related experience is required
  • Minimum possession of a Diploma or Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Business or equivalent
  • Possess good communication skill and willing to learn
  • Self-motivated and a team player
