Job Description:-
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
- Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and grievances.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments of job applicants.
- Develop and execute employee training and development programs across multiple regions.
- Develop and implement a regional HR strategy aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline.
- Develop and manage HR budgets.
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and complaints.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans across multiple regions.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
- Organize company trips and outings to promote employee engagement and morale.
- Plan and execute team building activities to foster team cohesion and collaboration.
- Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure zero inaccuracies in payroll and related records and that all statutory payments are made on time for multiple countries. (Malaysia, China, Singapore)

- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, handling employee relations issues, training, and development, monitoring staff discipline, performance valuation, compensation & benefits, updating of the organizational chart, on boarding/off boarding & etc across multiple regions (Malaysia, China, Singapore).
- Stay up to date & ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all regions of operation.
- To be responsible for all administrative matters in the company.
- To undertake and perform other HR functions, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
