We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized administrative assistant/personal assistant to support our growing business at Muliamas Group of Companies, an established holding company co-owned by a main board public listed company. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. They should also have experience in drafting official letters to government agencies, showcasing strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting official letters to government agencies in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Assisting with HR tasks, such as maintaining employee files and onboarding new hires
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports
- Managing the executive's calendar and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Conducting research and providing support on various projects as needed
- Completing tasks with little to no supervision and ensuring all deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in drafting official letters and other documents in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic knowledge of HR and accounting principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly motivated and able to meet deadlines
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential for this role
