The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large data sets, developing statistical models, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making, and the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Collect and analyze large and complex data sets using Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, and other tools as needed.
2. Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
3. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
4. Perform other ad-hoc tasks on a regular basis.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Have more than 3 years of experience in data analysis and statistical modeling, with a focus on Excel VBA, Python, and SQL.
2. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
4. Experienced with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
5. Demonstrate professionalism in their behavior, communication, and appearance.
6. Maintain a positive attitude and always show respect for others.
7. Takes initiative to identify opportunities to improve their work and takes action to make positive changes for the company.
8. Adaptable and can work effectively in different situations and with different people.
QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field, such as Computer Science or Statistics.
2. Minimum 4 years of working experience.
