2. Job Description
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities with prospective candidates in targeting countries, Mainly Australia, Germany, Ireland, America, or England.
- Drive sourcing activities via cold-calls, WhatsApp messages and referrals by contacting candidates in our database to increase effective prospects for our recruiting service.
- Build a good understanding of candidates' environments, needs and their expectations
- Maintain high level of candidate relationship by providing accurate service information and consultancy
- Achieve daily and weekly sourcing target set for calls, emails, initial screening and collecting updated CV
- Compile and update the most recent information regarding candidates' application on daily basis
3. Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM, Diploma/Degree in any field
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience in Studying or Living in UK/Ireland, Australia/New Zealand, U.S. and Canada is an added advantage
- Recruitment Experience for is an added advantage
- Good communication skills with performance oriented mindset
- Smart and logical thinking skill
