Internship for Human Resource


 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist recruitment activities, including sourcing, calling candidate and interview arrangement
  • To assist in post, update and remove job ads from job advertisement page.
  • To assist in updating our employee record and filing
  • To assist in administrative duties & benefits administration
  • To assist is staff daily attendance and leave matters.
  • To assist on any ad-hoc HR & Administrative tasks

Education and Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced /Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Independent and good communication skills.
  • A good team player, proactive and self- motivated.
  • Excellent verbal and written in English
  • Passionate in HR & Administrative field
  • Able to work in minimal supervision

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
