Duties & Responsibilities
- To assist recruitment activities, including sourcing, calling candidate and interview arrangement
- To assist in post, update and remove job ads from job advertisement page.
- To assist in updating our employee record and filing
- To assist in administrative duties & benefits administration
- To assist is staff daily attendance and leave matters.
- To assist on any ad-hoc HR & Administrative tasks
Education and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced /Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Independent and good communication skills.
- A good team player, proactive and self- motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written in English
- Passionate in HR & Administrative field
- Able to work in minimal supervision
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
