- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Reporting to CEO and Director
- Office based in Kuala Lumpur Location to be advised

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Personal Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
