Responsibilities :
- To assist the Project Manager to monitor and supervise the construction works at the project site, to ensure it meets the requirements in term of cost, quality and time.
- To review construction drawings and carry out valued engineering
- To carry out project planning
- To co-ordinate with Authorities, Consultants and Sub-contractors
- To prepare monthly project reports and correspondence
- To do site inspection to check on quality of works/ progress of works/ defect inspection.
- To attend project site meeting to ensure project schedule is adhered to and problem and defects are attended to.

Requirements :
- Possess Degree /Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 -2 years working experience
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
- Able to plan and lead sub-contractors on day-to-day operation
- Able to work independently with min. supervision
- Must be a team player and able to work hard and independently
