- Position Title: Store Manager (Pastry) / Shop Manager
- Working Location: Plaza Singapura / Nex Serangoon
- Working Hours: 6 days, shifts rotation
- Salary: Basic up to $3,500 (including OT & Allowances)
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Possess excellent store management experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for knowledge and communication for staff.
- Provide comprehensive leadership and training to team members to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Maintain effective communication systems both on and off the shop floor to ensure a cohesive and productive team.
- Collaborate with the team on product knowledge, brand awareness, and customer service to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the shop is always well-stocked and clean to provide a welcoming and organized shopping experience for customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of international retail operations and be prepared to manage overseas outlets in the future.

- A minimum of three years of working experience in the F&B industry, particularly in desserts or drink brands.
- Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Proven experience in store management with a track record of success in driving sales and customer satisfaction.
