Job Description
Reporting to Head of Mega Campaign, you will need to:
  • Understand user & business needs by identifying business opportunity and define campaign strategy based on company’s priorities
  • Plan and execute mega campaigns for Lazada Malaysia, manage all onsite & campaign assets as well as responsible for mega campaign outcome

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Consolidate, analyze and present performance metrics and campaigns KPIs and identify potential opportunities for growth
  • Craft out solid year-round mega campaign planning by identifying market trends, opportunities and clear defining processes of success metrics
  • Facilitate mega campaigns by ensuring all campaigns & its assets are presented to the highest standards, with priorities of customer top of mind.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to manage, execute and oversee campaign & onsite traffic performance
  • Deliver ad-hoc requests related with campaign performance to serve business’s needs
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years of work experience preferred, ideally in eCommerce or high-growth industries. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Good communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders concurrently
  • Analytical thinking skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Keen on eyes for details and creative designs
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and agile with constant changes
  • Go getter attitude
  • Experience in business and data analytics tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Independent and self-driven
  • SQL
