Responsibilities: • Responsible for day-to-day operations of all earthwork machinery activities. • Request resources such as work force, materials and machinery necessary for the works. • Provide report on inventory listing in relation to raw materials, and machinery parts to purchase to procurement department on a monthly basis or, when and as requested. • Responsible for discipline and performance of all machine operators. • Delegate duties/ tasks to site foreman, general worker, machine operators and sub-contractor, monitor and supervise their work progress and performance according to required standard. • Responsible for daily micro plannings of earthwork at site, including drainage, road work, road bund (safety), excavation, waste dumping, stockpiling, and all other earth works at mine pit. • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Civil, Building Engineering or Equivalent. • Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. • Willing to work in Bukit Besi, Terengganu. • At least 8 years in Earthworks & Highway Construction.
