Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
- To prepare and provide financial information such as monthly reports, budget and cash flow projections, financial report and other accounts related matters for management review as and when requested.
- Prepare bank reconciliation, monthly reconciliation with online payment service providers
- To monitor daily bank balances, cash flow and cash flow projection for the Company
- To handle and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers and other related authorities.
- To maintain fixed assets register up to date and ensure proper tracking of fixed assets.
- To overseeing the daily finance operation and develop a strong control environment and improvement of various processes.
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
- Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
- Work closely with Indonesian Finance Head to ensure all documents are properly collated for a timely submission.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignment and other related tasks, as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or equivalent/ professional qualification in Accounting
- Minimum 7 years of working experience
- Minimum 5 year’s experience in F&B industry
- Ability to sustain high level performance, problem solve and meet demanding work deadlines with limited supervision.
- Good management and interpersonal skills, attention to details and able to multitask
- Strong team player with ability to work independently and be proactive
- Prefer to understand and Familiar with SAP
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
