- Responsible in supervising and coordinating all activities of the HSE Department in line with the department and the company's objective and mission
- Assist the HOD in ensuring all approved policies, procedures and procedures are disseminated in a proper and timely manner within the department and where applicable, throughout the department/company.
- HSE advice and support to the project/office team and ensuring compliance with all Local regulatory requirements and project safety requirements.
- Conduct a safety audit and risk assessment for every work activity conducted intended to assure those effective program elements are in place for identifying, eliminating, or controlling hazards that could adversely impact a company's physical and human assets.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective program and ensure compliance of local legislation
- Responsible to identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, investigate root causes and report to management
- Responsible for implementing and organizing safety & health program
- Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding Safety, Health and Environment to standardize the work activity.
- Responsible for monitoring the implementation of HSE requirements in SAMAIDEN follow by Main Contractor & Clients site requirements.
- Monitor or supervise all activity on going at site to ensure implementation on HSE comply as per HSE acts, client and Samaiden requirement.
- To assist ISO Certification and implementation and to be key personnel for ISO Certification
- Promote Health & Safety culture in organization by ensuring staff, suppliers, and contractors adhere to established procedures.
