Job Description

  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the client's business to provide tailored solutions effectively.
  • Lead the direct sales process with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Drive sales expansion by introducing new products/services to clients and organising visits to current and potential customers.
  • Develop and implement short and long-range sales plans, utilising available marketing programs to achieve nominated targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships with established clients to ensure customer retention.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively inform clients about new products and services and collaborate with the appropriate sales representative when clients have additional service needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Preferably Degree in Life Sciences or related health sciences
  • Minimum 2-year pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Sales driven, results-oriented with high degree of self-motivation
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation
