- Ensure that projects or tasks assigned are completed on time.
- Ensure that material control within budget.
- Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawings, Bill of Quantity and specification.
- Liaise and attend meeting with consultant, client, sub-contractors and/or suppliers.
- Plan, implement and monitor the weekly timeframe so that the overall project timeframe is achieved.
- To monitor and control project costing.
- Liaise and coordinate with authorities for site inspections.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
