Job Scope:

• Standardize daily CVs received to the company's fixed template as part of daily administration tasks
• Conduct talent mapping research and suggest suitable talents for specific roles on LinkedIn
• Manage accounting administration tasks such as issuing invoices and following up on debtor aging
• Prepare reports on Account Receivable and Account Payable status
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices and continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs (if any)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in related fields such as Business Management, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, etc.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar role or recruitment agency
• Soft skills such as being detail-oriented, a team player, proactive communicator, and self-motivated are required
• Candidates with strong sales skills may be considered for future roles as Recruitment Consultants

Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
