Job Description
We are a law firm and company secretary which represents both International and Domestic clients in various industries in Retail, Food & Beverage and Management. Some of our clients include Toyota, Papparich, International Outlets, Melia Hotels International, Bank Negara Malaysia and Subway (Malaysia). Our company is looking for dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Legal Associates to carry out day to day administrative work.
- Arrange meetings and appointment.
- Organize and maintain the files record.
- Prepare correspondence.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
- Able to speak Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Preferable Chinese.
- Preferable experience 2 years and above.
- Able to start work immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM1,818.65 - RM4,445.70 per month
