- Perform full set of retail staff payroll. - Calculate staff’s OT and incentives. - To liaise with relevant statutory bodies. - Monitor & update and administer staff leave, medical claim and attendance records accurately. - Manage employee personnel file and data management. - Follow-up and update job descriptions for new, transferred or promoted staff/position. - Provide assistance in other HR administrative duties.
