Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and maintains a record of historical asset identification of all non-loner assets, including asset ID, historical cost, date of service and useful life.
  • Assist with the asset management related plan and studies
  • Maintaining files and records of Asset & Inventory and remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Monitor and maintain company's fixed asset, motor vehicle insurance, all tenancy agreement
  • Managing inventory by sticking and cataloguing products.
  • Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to shar with Management
  • Updates asset & inventory records using mobile technology
  • Providing clerical support in acquiring, tracking, controlling and disposing of the company fixed assets
  • Experience in Manufacturing Working Experience .
  • Experience in Epicor,

Qualifications:

  • SPM/ Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in English, Malay
  • Well versed in Microsoft office
  • Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
