Job description
- Respond professionally to inbound, live chat and email.
- To analyse, create and resolve tickets (if applicable).
- To troubleshoot and guide customers according to solution process and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.
- Identified and escalated priority issues per client specifications.
- Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with individual call.
Job Requirements
- Minimum posses with Professional Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above
- Able to speak and write Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- With customer service experience from BPO / Call center is preferable
- Able start work immediately is preferable
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
