Responsibilities:
- Manage all tasks related to the store, including personnel management, inventory control, physical distribution, maintenance, and record-keeping.
- Ensure accurate verification of codes, conduct stock checks, and update stock cards.
- Process stock orders efficiently and coordinate material scheduling and delivery dates.
- Handle materials and finished goods received, stored, and shipped with utmost care and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between inventory and stock control records.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to determine current material status, including quantity, availability, and condition.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in operating a forklift safely.
- Attention to detail
- Able to handle the physical demands of the role, including material handling and operating a forklift.
- Proficient in speaking, writing and reading in Bahasa Melayu and English
