Account Assistant


 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounts payable or accounts receivable related activities
  • Updating creditors or debtors listing and prepare aging monthly report for submission to the management.
  • Verify all invoices and payment, to ensure payments are prepared accurately before submission to Finance Manager for final verification.
  • Prepare Bank reconciliation, Cash Flow and other related reports timely.
  • Perform other ad-hoc task as and when required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate such as LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): UBS Accounting added preference.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in JOHOR BAHRU.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
