Position : Application Support Team Leader
Salary : RM 3,500 – RM 6,500
Location : Kepong
Working Days / Time : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri
Job Scope
· Lead the team by providing guidance and advise to the team members.
· Delegating tasks to team members accordingly.
· Managing project’s progress and reporting progress to stakeholders.
· Conduct software installation, training, monitoring on customers’ issues and solutions.
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
· Prepare operation manual and customization specs sheet upon customer request.
· Provide technical support or demo to customer and attending to customer request after office hour including weekend and public holidays.
· Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Test for new version release.
· Provide timely report to section manager or department head.
· Effectively manage coordination at international levels, as and when requires by department head or Management, eg onsite support at overseas.
Requirements
· Candidate with at least diploma in IT related field.
· At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field.
· Good command in written and spoken English, additional languages are always a plus.
· Good in SQL command and networking.
· Able to multitask, fast learner and setting priorities of work within deadlines.
· Product training will be provided.
· Friendly and positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
