Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1- 2 years in Building Management Office as Admin Assistant or any other industry worked as Admin Assistant
- Able to handle office management & administration
- Encouraged if familiar with CSS System or other accounting system for
Building Management or strata properties
- Must have knowledge and familiar in Billing, Invoices, Payment Processing, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase Requisition, Purchase order.
- Must be familiar with handling emails, Issuing Receipts and solving accounts issues.
- Must be familiar with computer skills (Microsoft, Excel & Power point)
- Good in customer service
- Willing to do Over Time
Education
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field but preferable in Business Administration
- If only with Diploma in any field but must have 2 years working experience in as Admin Assistant
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
