- Responsible and assist in foreign workers (e.g.; Application approval from authorities, recruitment, permit and passport renewal, FOMEMA, hostel management, etc.)
- Attending to government authorities on submission and renewal.
- Arranging internal and external training for employees;
- Assisting in a monitoring training requirements, validity and schedule;
- Assisting in internal and external audit;
- Assisting in payroll;
- Ad-hoc task assigned by immediate superior and the management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Diploma in Business Administration/Business Studies or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience;
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading); and
- Ability to work as a part of a team
