HR Assistant


 
  • Responsible and assist in foreign workers (e.g.; Application approval from authorities, recruitment, permit and passport renewal, FOMEMA, hostel management, etc.)
  • Attending to government authorities on submission and renewal.
  • Arranging internal and external training for employees;
  • Assisting in a monitoring training requirements, validity and schedule;
  • Assisting in internal and external audit;
  • Assisting in payroll;
  • Ad-hoc task assigned by immediate superior and the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Diploma in Business Administration/Business Studies or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience;
  • Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading); and
  • Ability to work as a part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
