Requirement:
- Possess Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in similar position, preferably in construction industries.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Job Description:
Sourcing
- Responsible to source for suppliers and negotiate on contract price based on bill of materials received from project team.
- To obtain price comparison and submit forms for new vendors registration.
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers. (incl. of sub-contractors)
- Vendor visits and audits.
- Support during pre-qualification, tender management and negotiation with suppliers
- Ensuring the adequate OTD delivery time of all required materials, components and equipment.
Purchasing
- Issue Purchase Order from Accpac system & follow up order acknowledgement from suppliers.
- Prepare weekly delivery schedule on cargo readiness and update changes if any.
- Review open Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order quarterly to update the status.
- Initiate advance payments & LC payments.
- Support project manager for Claim management related to supplies.
- Coordinate delivery of cargo/shipment with Logistic dept.

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
