Responsibilities:
- Be a problem solver, entrusted with handling customer’s enquiries and feedback to achieve win-win situation.
- Coordinate by managing schedules, updating status and communicating relevant information
- To generate weekly / monthly customer report.
- Interface with customers in regards to recurring orders and delivery requirements
- Timely update customer / 3rd parties request and status
- Handle discrepancy issue
- Monitor the progress of customers order / PO / Quotation / Contracts.

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration /Engineering or related field.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Aggressive, self motivated, possess initiative and able to work under pressure
- A dynamic coordinator and able to handle & meet all customers' requirements.
- Working hour Mon-Fri 8am - 5.30pm
- Able to communicate with oversea customer ( China / Taiwan / Singapore / Hong kong)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
