Responsibilities:

  • Be a problem solver, entrusted with handling customer’s enquiries and feedback to achieve win-win situation.
  • Coordinate by managing schedules, updating status and communicating relevant information

  • To generate weekly / monthly customer report.
  • Interface with customers in regards to recurring orders and delivery requirements
  • Timely update customer / 3rd parties request and status
  • Handle discrepancy issue
  • Monitor the progress of customers order / PO / Quotation / Contracts.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration /Engineering or related field.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Aggressive, self motivated, possess initiative and able to work under pressure
  • A dynamic coordinator and able to handle & meet all customers' requirements.
  • Working hour Mon-Fri 8am - 5.30pm
  • Able to communicate with oversea customer ( China / Taiwan / Singapore / Hong kong)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
