Job Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with import activities (e.g., air freight, sea shipping)
- Communicating with customers and suppliers
- Providing customer support and resolving inquiries/issues
- Communicating with customers and suppliers
- Communicating with related departments and third-party transporters on the delivery of shipments to customers
- Online customer services
- Answering client demands and managing the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

Recruitment.
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in International Business/Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team player
- Knowledge in the logistics field is an advantage
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinking ability
- Negotiation skills and time-management abilities
- Ability to create, organize, and write documents
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in Mandarin is bonus
