Uploading banners, artwork, and content to the website and app.
Generating trend ideas and creating trend banners, while tagging products.
Coordinating with the tech team to set up campaign pages.
- Analysis and Optimization:Conducting analysis and implementing improvements to the homepage, including click tracking and product renumbering.
Optimizing content for SEO purposes.
Utilizing Google Analytics & Looker Studio to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics.
- Platform Management:Creating and optimizing new web pages and app screens.
Overseeing content management for both the website and app.
Managing TikTok Shop content.
Digital Marketing:
- Support Manager in analyzing and improving homepage, including click tracking and product renumbering.
- Execute content strategy aligned with marketing targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content.
- Utilize content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement.
- Assist Manager in analyzing online touchpoints and customer funnels to improve customer journey.
- Manage content distribution across online channels to boost web & app traffic.
- Ensure timely execution of editorial calendar and content team adherence.
CRM:
- Customer Journey Analysis: Identify and improve friction points in the customer journey through analyzing touchpoints and funnels. Implement best practices for enhanced customer experience.
- Website Traffic Analysis: Utilize content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics, gaining insights for optimization.
- Content Distribution Management: Increase web traffic by effectively managing content distribution across online channels, social media platforms, the website, and app.
- Editorial Calendar Management: Enforce editorial calendar set by manager to guide content team activities and ensure timely execution.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be Malaysian or possess a valid working visa in Malaysia.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Prospecting: Offer our product to customer (Engage with customer via phone calls / emails /whatsapp)
- Closing sales: Get customer to make payment for our quotations
- Attend to all the sales leads provided by company / new leads
- To achieve monthly sales quota set by management
- Providing correct quotation and explanations for expanding sales
- Able to absorb new knowledge and updated with the latest information on the products in order to provide quality services and to attend all inquiries by customers

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
