Human Resource Executive


 

Responsibilities:-

· Handling of Expatriate and Foreign Workers Immigration matters (Visa & so forth)

. Handling of Foreign Workers discipline matters.

. Handling employees transportation and so forth.

. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

· Communicate with public services when necessary

· Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have

· Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

· To establish strong relationship with government agencies and local communities and maintain the relationship

· To establish, maintain and review company security system and policies

. Any other duties as required by Management from time to time

Requirements:-

· Minimum Diploma in any discipline with 2 years experience in Manufacturing Environment.

· Experienced in payroll is more preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
