- To maintain organized accounting files of audit records of firm and clients’ accounts.
- To handle general accounting and administrative matters peculiar to legal firms.
- Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Maintains existing customer’s financial information
- Follow – up payment: existing /new customer
- Submit monthly reports timely
- Computer literate (MS Office, MS Excel)
- Able to handle basic administrative functions
- Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents
- Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed
- Verify financial and other data (e.g., tax identification numbers)
- Monitor financial transactions
- Enter data and maintain updated records
- Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy.
- Tracking and monitoring financial transactions.
- Compiling financial spreadsheet, report, statements and other documents, as needed.
- Ensuring that the financial office supplies are maintained.
- Purchasing and proceed transaction process (company related)
- Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing.
- Other administrative ad-hoc duties when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience as finance clerk or any related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
- Excellent financial and mathematical skills.
- Able to perform multitask work, work independently, hardworking, confident, excellent interpersonal skills and good attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Honest, trustworthy, responsible and with good attitude.
- Attention to detail
