FINANCE CLERK


 
  • To maintain organized accounting files of audit records of firm and clients’ accounts.
  • To handle general accounting and administrative matters peculiar to legal firms.
  • Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

  • Maintains existing customer’s financial information
  • Follow – up payment: existing /new customer
  • Submit monthly reports timely
  • Computer literate (MS Office, MS Excel)
  • Able to handle basic administrative functions
  • Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents
  • Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed
  • Verify financial and other data (e.g., tax identification numbers)
  • Monitor financial transactions
  • Enter data and maintain updated records
  • Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy.
  • Tracking and monitoring financial transactions.
  • Compiling financial spreadsheet, report, statements and other documents, as needed.
  • Ensuring that the financial office supplies are maintained.
  • Purchasing and proceed transaction process (company related)
  • Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing.
  • Other administrative ad-hoc duties when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as finance clerk or any related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
  • Excellent financial and mathematical skills.
  • Able to perform multitask work, work independently, hardworking, confident, excellent interpersonal skills and good attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Honest, trustworthy, responsible and with good attitude.
  • Attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
