Your Role

Kuehne Nagel Graduate Trainee Program will focus on a specific business or functional unit, and allow you to rotate through a variety of comprehensive responsibilities and roles designed specifically to enhance your experience of endless possibilities in logistics.

Your Responsibilities

Program Overview

This 18 Month Program within the Airfreight Business Unit, aims to identify and develop talented graduates to be Kuehne + Nagel’s core management group in the future. This rigorous program will train these graduates in the operational activities of our Airfreight BU, while imbuing them with the right values to excel in Kuehne + Nagel Airfreight.

During your program we hope that you will develop the following knowledge + skills:

• To learn + understand how we fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape.
• To build knowledge of our operational, sales + logistics processes, including their application.
• To develop personal leadership skills: know yourself + understand others, communication, collaboration.
• To learn about + apply project management skills: actively participate in/lead + deliver in assigned projects
• To develop a basic knowledge of continuous improvement/lean thinking
• To develop knowledge of our various systems + products

Your Skills and Experiences

Program Requirements:

• Open to Malaysian graduates only.
• Candidate must possess minimum a Diploma or Degree. Preference to be given to graduates in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain & Transport.
• Good academic and extra-curricular credentials
